Two Therapists. One Shared Vision.
Co-Founders
We're both therapists who know firsthand how meaningful it is to have a space and community that truly gets it.
Kayla DiPaolo, LPC
Sarah Ludwig, LPC
Kayla co-founded The Mind and Body Collective with a vision of creating a community where clinicians feel supported, valued, and never alone in private practice. She is passionate about building a space where providers can thrive, support one another, and create a lasting impact—both in their practices and in the lives of the people they serve. She hopes every clinician who becomes part of the Collective feels inspired to grow professionally while building meaningful relationships with fellow providers along the way.
Sarah co-founded The Mind and Body Collective with a simple belief: when clinicians feel supported, they can provide their best care. She is passionate about creating a welcoming space where providers can build meaningful practices, find community, and grow with confidence. She believes that genuine connection and collaboration make private practice more fulfilling and sustainable. Her hope is that every person who walks through the doors feels encouraged, connected, and truly at home.
