Brittany's Approach to Therapy
Brittany Steiner, LPC, is the founder of Mindful Flow Counseling & Yoga and works with teens ages 16 and adults navigating OCD, trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, chronic illness, and major life transitions. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, helping clients better understand the patterns keeping them stuck while developing practical tools to move toward greater flexibility, connection, and quality of life.
Brittany integrates evidence-based and body-based approaches, including EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic therapy, and trauma-informed yoga. Her work is especially suited for clients who want therapy that goes beyond simply talking about what is wrong and instead helps them understand their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful change.
